Actually, your memory is constantly being changed and reshaped as you 1) fa ce the emotions that will keep you stuck, and 2) as you experience new emotions that create new memories. The more intense the emotional experience, the deeper the memory and learning.If you want to experience an insane amount of growth, do something that is emotionally challenging. Do something that is awkward.
